Montrezl Harrell may have been known at Louisville for his ability to clean up the glass, but on Monday night, the Houston Rockets 2015 second-round draft pick made headlines for kicking in some instead.

After witnessing the wreckage of a car crash near the grounds of his alma mater, Harrell reportedly rushed toward the overturned car to aid a motorist trapped inside.

Harrell then pulled the driver to safety with the help of a few others before seeking further aid from a nearby business, according to the Cardinals’ Senior Associate Athletic Director for Media Relations Kenny Klein.

Houston selected Harrell with the 32nd pick in the NBA draft in June, but has yet to officially sign the forward to its roster. While it's still up in the air whether the former Louisville standout will go from Cardinal red to Rockets red this upcoming season, he sure showed his knack for notching the assist on Monday.
