MP Stephen Kinnock Says Cutting Tax Credits Similar to "Eugenics" Policy

Stephen Kinnock was on the Daily Politics show debating what interim leader Harriet Harman would backtrack on about the Labour response to the Budget last week. Kinnock said that she would likely pull back from supporting the removal of tax credits being cut for more than two children, saying it smacks of "eugenics".
