Muppets vs. Goldman Sachs (WATCH)

WATCH: Muppets Storm Goldman's Boardroom

The Anti-Muppet Defamation League is striking back against Goldman Sachs.

In a satirical Funny or Die video, three Jim Henson-esque Muppets storm the Goldman Sachs boardroom to lodge a formal complaint against the "use of the word muppet in an offensive and derogatory fashion." Ever since former Goldman employee Greg Smith, in a now famous New York Times op-ed, said he saw "five different managing directors refer to their own clients as 'muppets,'" Goldman has been having trouble with the iconic puppets.

And while executives in the video aren't too concerned with the complaint, the real bosses at Goldman Sachs recently took the allegations seriously, scanning internal employee emails for the word "muppet."
