Actor, producer and writer Don Cheadle joins me tonight on PBS. He has amassed a solid acting reputation with diverse roles in such films as Hotel Rwanda -- for which he received an Oscar nod -- Iron Man 2 and 3 and The Guard, which he exec-produced. He's also worked in numerous TV series, winning a Golden Globe for his lead turn in Showtime's House of Lies. Did you know that he's also a talented musician, who plays sax, writes music and sings?

In the clip below, he talks about his directorial debut on a film about jazz legend Miles Davis, which has been in the works for more than five years.
