Naeem Davis Charged With Murder Of Ki-Suck Han, Queens Father Fatally Pushed Onto Subway Tracks

The man suspected of fatally pushing 58-year-old Ki-Suck Han into subway tracks was arrested on Wednesday and charged with second-degree murder.

30-year-old Naeem Davis reportedly implicated himself and told authorities he "stayed and watched" Han get hit by the train.

Han was rushed to St. Luke's Hospital where he soon died from his injuries on Monday.

According to The New York Post, Davis is a homeless man whom Times Square vendors pay to run errands for them. He has a history of past arrests in the both New York City and Philadelphia.

Cops tracked him down using surveillance images from the 49th Street Subway Station, where he allegedly hurled Han onto the tracks.

On Tuesday, The New York Post published a controversial photo of Han in the tracks just mere moments before the train struck him.

The freelancer photographer behind the controversial image defended his actions saying he was too far away from Han to rescue him.
