Nancy Grace Hates That Ryan O'Neal Dropped Out Of 'Dancing with The Stars'

Before this season of "Dancing with the Stars" had even announced their cast, they had already suffered their first casualty. Ryan O'Neal who was set to appear as part of the cast's 13th season, reportedly dropped out of the dancing competition because of his distaste for fellow castmate, Nancy Grace.

But Grace tells me that she harbors no hostility toward the actor: "I have always considered Ryan O'Neal one of the great actors of our time" she said. "His long-time love, Farrah Fawcett, was a great inspiration to me, especially during her brave battle with cancer."

But is Grace happy that she has one less tough competitor to beat out to get her hands on the coveted Mirror Ball trophy? Not quite.

"I hate that he dropped out of 'DWTS,' I would have loved to compete with him and wish him the very best," she continued.

That doesn't quite sound like the TV host that TMZ reports O'Neal said was "disrespectful" to his family, does it?
