House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is supporting Hillary Clinton for president.
"I have voted for Hillary Clinton for president of the United States and proud to endorse her for that position," she told Good Morning America.
Pelosi's state is voting Tuesday whether to choose Clinton or Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) as the Democratic presidential nominee. According to the Associated Press, the former secretary of state already has enough delegates to secure the nomination, making her the first female nominee of a major political party in U.S. history.
Pelosi herself made history in 2007 by becoming America's first female Speaker of the House. She didn't officially make an endorsement in 2008's presidential primary when Clinton was competing with then-Senator Barack Obama.
