Ready For Take-Off: Scenes From The Last Space Shuttle Launch

Space shuttle Atlantis is scheduled to liftoff from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida on July 8 at approximately 11:26 ET .

This marks the 135th and final flight of NASA's historic shuttle program. Carrying four crew members (Rex Walheim, Sandy Magnus, pilot Doug Hurley and commander Chris Ferguson), and an assortment of supplies and spare parts, Atlantis will embark on a 12-day mission to the International Space Station.
