Nate Newton, former Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman, has shhed 175 pounds over the last six months, according to The Dallas Morning News.

Newton, who won three Super Bowls in 14 years with the Cowboys, reportedly weighed 325 pounds when he played for Dallas and added 75 more after he retired.

He underwent an obesity surgery called "vertical gastrectomy" or "gastric sleeve," removing 75 percent of his stomach, according to the report.

"I don't get discounts anymore because nobody recognizes me until they see my credit card," Newton said.
