National Adoption Month: Our Twitter Chat About LGBT Families And Adoption
Category:LGBT parenting.
Category:LGBT parenting.

This month, we're celebrating National Adoption Month by partnering with LGBT rights organization Family Equality Council. All November, we've been celebrating families who have adopted or in the process of doing so.

As a special part of this partnership, we're hosting a Twitter chat with Family Equality Council and the Cook-Troynel family about LGBT families and adoption on Tuesday, November 27th at 12 noon EST. Both FEC and some of the families, we've featured in our Family Fridays series, will be answering questions and sharing their experiences.

We want to hear from you. Send us your questions about the adoption option for LGBT families! We'll be answering your questions during the chat. You can submit as many questions as you would like, to gayvoices@huffingtonpost.com. We will review all questions and ensure as many as possible get answered during our chat on Tuesday.

UPDATE: In case you missed it, we've rounded up the Twitter chat below. We shared a lot of great information that many of you may find helpful in your own journey to parenthood. If you have any more questions, feel free to add them to the comments. We are going to keep this conversation going in future months.
