A UK man had one hand on the wheel, the other on his stick.
Neal Marshall, 49, pleaded guilty to a charge of outraging public decency after he was found naked and masturbating while driving, Chester Chronicle reported Wednesday.
He was driving more than 60 MPH.
Marshall's lawyer, Adrian Evans, said his client got "carried away."
"This does not excuse his actions but it goes a way to explain why he was seen doing it," Evans said.
According to News.au, this wasn't Marshall's first time being charged with outraging public decency. In 2008, the masturbating man was given a six-month community order, along with a six-month supervision after being charged.
"He bitterly regrets his actions," Evans said. "He never intended to be seen by a member of the public."
Marshall was sentenced to a 12-month community order and a 12-month supervision order.
The driving masturbator is still one of the tamer stories of 2013.
In September, Wales, UK man Daniel "Hotcock" Cooper allegedly revved his engine against a Land Rover. Cooper was accused of getting naked and trying to have sex with the vehicle.
"He is a responsible family man who looks after the children while his wife went out to work," Cooper's attorney said.
