Nelson Mandela's condition is "stable but critical" his granddaughters, Swati Dlamini and Zaziwe Dlamini-Manaway, told HuffPost Live's Marc Lamont Hill.

With the former South African president's 95th birthday coming up on July 18th, the family plans to celebrate. "We're just going to go to the hospital. The whole family will be there, spend the day with him, have cupcakes, and just have a relaxed day with him," they said.

His granddaughters, who grew up in Boston for many years while in exile, have spent their lives in the limelight. Now they plan to continue their family legacy with a socially conscious fashion line "Long Walk To Freedom Clothing."
