Netflix Video Says What We All Think About Amazon's Ridiculous Drones

In a spoof video released earlier this month, Netflix teases a new "Drone 2 Home" same day DVD delivery service, meant to be an answer to Amazon's Prime Air drone delivery service.

"Unlike other companies, trying to rush unproven technology to market, we have literally spent days working out most of the bugs," Hank Breeggemann, general manager for Netflix's DVD division, says in the tongue-in-cheek video.

With the fake drone delivery service, the company is supposedly returning to its "creative roots," as drones carrying Netflix's signature red DVD envelopes fly to customers as they're driving their cars or going to the bathroom. A Netflix spokesman confirmed to the Huffington Post that the video was produced by and for the DVD division's annual meeting.
