Oberyn is back! Ok, not really. But if you already desperately miss Pedro Pascal's face on your screen, all hope is not lost. The Chilean actor will be back in Netflix's latest original series "Narcos," according to Deadline.
The star enamored fans with his role as Oberyn Martell on season 4 of HBO's hit series "Game Of Thrones," so it was no surprise that many were outraged after his gruesome death. Because it was GRUESOME, even by "Game of Thrones" standards, that's no way to die (are you listening George R.R. Martin?).
But fear not, Pedro Pascal is alive and well and will be starring as Javier Pena in Netflix's new original drama series "Narcos."
The show will center around notorious Colombian kingpin Pablo Escobar, who'll be played by Wagner Moura. Pascal will play a Mexican DEA agent , sent to Colombia to capture and kill the drug lord, according to Entertainment Weekly.
"Narcos" is set to premiere on Netflix in 2015.
