Rebrands often follow a PR nightmare.
And with United Airlines in the news for all the wrong reasons this week after a passenger was forcibly dragged from a flight because the airline overbooked it, social media users have suggested dozens of new mottos it may want to adopt.
But with recommendations such as “We overbooked but you pay the price” to “We put the hospital into hospitality” trending via the #NewUnitedAirlinesMottos on Twitter, it’s unlikely United will take them up anytime soon.
