As new footage emerged of a Mexican man with a reported 19-inch penis, porn purveyor Vivid Entertainment confirmed it had offered him big bucks for a sex tape.
“We have reached out to him and have in fact connected with him," Steven Hirsch, founder and co-chairman of Vivid, told The Huffington Post on Tuesday. "We offered him a significant amount of money but as of now his demands far exceed reality."
Roberto Esquivel Cabrera captured the Internet's attention with his story of woe to a Mexican newspaper, saying his abnormally large member had rendered him unable to work or have relationships. He also said he wanted to be recognized by Guinness World Records and strike a porn deal.
As proof of the length he displayed a medical imaging scan of his penis with a measurement of 48.2 centimeters, just short of 19 inches. The photo quickly circulated through the media.
Now a clip posted by TMZ that shows Cabrera weighing his penis -- about 2 pounds -- will surely fuel speculation about the nature -- and validity -- of his penile growth. His penis is wrapped in a bandage, and the edited footage blacks out his testicles. (Story continues below video.)
The moment was taken from a video by Cabrera to document his life, noted TMZ, which earlier reported that Vivid had attempted to negotiate an arrangement with Cabrera.
