Support Latino indie film!

It's Friday and the NY International Latino Film Festival is hitting its stride in New York City! We hope you've been keeping up with the great films shown in the last few days.

Turning to today, August 17, there are two provocatively titled short films' collections, 'Something In The Way She Moves' and 'The Catchers In The Rye' to check out, as well as 4 features and 1 documentary.

Here are some of them:

Esperando A Los Bitles (Waiting For The Beatles)
Beatlemania is alive and well...in Mexico, where a fervent following pays continuous tribute to the groundbreaking Liverpool quartet. This hilarious and touching documentary shows that the genius of the Beatles transcends decades, continents, language and culture.

La Lucha De Ana (Ana's Struggle)
Ana sells flowers at the local market. When her beloved son is murdered by a rich, entitled young man in a drug deal gone awry, Ana will have to take on a corrupt judicial system - and a complacent society - to seek justice.

180 Segundos (180 Seconds)
Zico leads a successful crime operation in Colombia, working with his sister, Angelica. Desiring a better and safer life abroad, they decide to pull off one last hit, planning every detail to the last second. In 180 seconds, a mere three minutes, their financial future could be solved forever.
