UK Silly-Walks Off A Cliff In New Yorker's Monty Python-Inspired Brexit Cover

We are truly living in a flying circus.

The United Kingdom voted Thursday to Brexit the European Union, and now nobody really seems to know exactly what they've done or what to expect next.

The New Yorker has found a way to make light of that frightening uncertainty, with a magazine cover that channels Monty Python's classic "Ministry of Silly Walks" sketch.

The UK has officially silly-walked off the cliff.

Perhaps we should laugh while we can. Experts predict the decision to leave the EU will leave Britain poorer, take a heavy toll on British charities and strain the "special relationship" between the UK and the United States. And that's just the start of it.

In the meantime, allow John Cleese -- who actually supported Brexit -- to make you smile.
