New York is a city of superlatives. Most expensive this, biggest that, and for most New Yorkers, merely witnessing the record breaking realities on a daily basis is part of the reason we live here. I'm currently marketing the largest 1BR apartment in midtown Manhattan, clocking in at an awe inspiring 2560 square feet with 12 ft. 3 in. ceilings. My colleague on the deal is Jill Sloane, among the highest producing agents in America's most expensive city. The common charges/property taxes are the lowest I've ever seen on a luxury unit, $956 a month. My remit is to attract qualified buyers and keep out the looky loos. I'm confident on the former, not so much on the latter.
