NFL Player’s Beloved Dog Serves As Groomsman At His Wedding

"I just could not imagine getting married without him."

Baltimore Ravens center Jeremy Zuttah knows the importance of having good teammates in life. So Zuttah wouldn’t dream of getting married without his dog Ace there. When City Hall didn’t allow the pet in for the ceremony, Zuttah and his wife-to-be Heran Haile changed venues to a decorated Under Armour Performance Center Gym in downtown Baltimore that could accommodate the pooch, the Ravens’ website reported.

The tuxedo-wearing Ace served as a groomsman during last month’s nuptials, and it was beautiful. “I just could not imagine getting married without him,” Heran said of Ace. “He’s with us every day everywhere we go. I thought everyone was crazy about their dog like I am.”

Congrats to the happy couple and their true best friend.
