Nick Gordon Discusses Bobbi Kristina Brown's Drug Use
LOADINGERROR LOADING

A little more than a year after Bobbi Kristina Brown was found lifeless in a bathtub -- the same way her mother, Whitney Houston, was found before she died -- Bobbi Kristina's longtime boyfriend, Nick Gordon, reveals new details about what he claims led to the 22-year-old's downward spiral.

"About a month before Krissy's accident, you just saw this decline, this really bad decline, the drug use becoming more and more and more," Gordon tells Dr. Phil in an exclusive interview airing Thursday and Friday. "I mean, we were already doing a lot, and she increased it, and that’s when I started getting concerned and other people started getting concerned and people brought up rehab and things like that."

"Was she mixing drugs or just drugs and alcohol?" Dr. Phil asks.

"She was mixing drugs," Gordon responds in the clip above.

"Were you a bad influence on her?" Dr. Phil inquires.

Gordon says, "I guess being a drug addict you're a bad influence ... We were using together. We did everything together."

Dr. Phil presses, "If you were her family, stand in their shoes for a minute, can you understand how they might look at you as an evil-doer?"

"No, because they always said nice things about me," Gordon says. "One of her uncles told me I was a blessing to their family ...

“I made Krissy and Whitney's last few years on earth as happy as they could be,” Gordon adds. “If they do, I don’t care what they think."

Dr. Phil asks, "You were doing drugs with her, she wound up dead, you had a DUI, you had a car wreck, you overturned a car. They look at this and say, 'Now she’s dead. He was no choir boy in her life.' Are they right in making that level of indictment against you?"

Gordon responds on Thursday's episode of Dr. Phil, and on Friday, he opens up about Bobbi Kristina's final moments. Watch more here.
