Nike Women's New Ad Campaign Is Full Of 'I Can't'

Nike's new "Better For It" ad campaign is all about women finding motivation when that sneaky little voice starts telling them that they can't do it, and the clip above calls attention to the inner thoughts so many people have while working out: "Oh good, a bunch of models right in front of me," Why are there so many mirrors?" and, of course, "I can't."

Sound familiar?

"Don’t let you stop you,” the video description reads. “If you’ve got the drive to get better, Nike Women has the tools and gear to help you do it.”

Nike has indeed called on women to take on "goals and workouts outside their comfort zone" with tools like a running app, which helps people track and share their goals, and the "N+TC 90-Day Better For It Challenge," which uses apps to "increase endurance, build strength and get athletes of any level fitter, faster." The challenge is headlined by U.S. female soccer stars Christen Press, Ali Krieger and Carli Lloyd.
