Have you seen supermodel Niki Taylor lately? Girl looks good -- so good in fact, it's hard to imagine anything more glamorous. Well, at least that's what we thought until we saw her stunning Cape Cod-style home in Brentwood, Tennessee.
According to The Tennessean, the nearly 5,000-square-foot home is currently listed for $1.45 million. And with four bedrooms, three fireplaces and a spacious floor plan, it looks like it's worth every penny. Hell, the amazing paint job, hardwood floors and kitchen countertops were enough to sell us on the price.
So why would Taylor ever want to leave this amazing estate? Apparently, it's too big for her and her family. “I have to say it ‘outgrew’ us,” she told The Tennessean. “My twins are off to college now, and we needed to downsize. It was one of the most private and peaceful homes I’ve ever lived in.”
