'No Lie' Video: Drake & 2Chainz Get Monochromatic, Throw Shade At Rihanna

Awkward Timing: Drake's New Video Bashes Rihanna

Drake and 2 Chainz have dropped the visuals for "No Lie," rap's first Song of the Summer contestant. In the video, the two rappers do their thing in black and white, as scantily clad women take lie detector tests and have paint dripped on them (progressive!).

What makes the video interesting, however, is the timing. Drake is still dealing with the fallout from a nightclub brawl with Chris Brown, during which bottles were thrown and body guards and innocent bystanders suffered lacerations. The fight was (naturally) deemed as a battle over Rihanna, the controversial hip-hop artist they've both dated. But there's the rub: Drake's verse on "No Lie" includes this thinly veiled (and hyper-aggressive) dig at a certain Grammy winner. Here's part of his verse:

Aww that look like what’s her name, chances are it’s whats her name

Chances are if she was actin up then I f----d her once and never f----d again

She could have a Grammy, I still treat her ass like a nominee

Just need to know what that p---y like so one time is fine with me

For the record, RiRi has won five Grammys from a total of 17 nominations. "No Lie" is the lead single of 2 Chainz upcoming album, Based On a T.R.U. Story. Watch the video below:
