She may not smile a lot on the show, but "Nurse Jackie" star Edie Falco cracks quite a few smiles that make it into the blooper reel.
In the Season 4 bloopers, Falco has a hard time keeping a straight face, entering a scene on cue and delivering her lines. "Nurse Jackie" also stars Eve Best, Peter Facinelli, Paul Schulze, Merritt Wever and Anna Deavere Smith and Season 4 of the Showtime comedy saw the addition of Bobby Cannavale as a new hospital administrator, who also gets in on the blooper action.

The Season 4 gag reel is included on the "Nurse Jackie" DVD/Blu-Ray set which hits stores on Tuesday, Feb. 12.
