There are many perks of being the president of the United States ― having the chance to visit so many national parks with your family could be at the top of the list.
In a post on Medium, chief White House photographer Pete Souza compiled the best photos of the Obama family visiting national parks to commemorate the National Park Service’s 100th birthday. The photos showcase the majestic beauty that we all sometimes take for granted, and also quieter moments with the first family at monuments and historical sites.
