Obama Shortens Sentences Of 8 Crack Offenders Jailed Under 'Unfair System'

President Barack Obama on Thursday commuted the sentences of eight federal inmates who were convicted of crack cocaine offenses. All eight have spent at least 15 years in prison, and six were serving life sentences.
