Nearly 2 million people trekked to the National Mall in 2009 to welcome President Obama into office. Many of them also wanted to hear what the candidate of Hope and Change would bring to the presidency. Turns out, his first inauguration speech offered a lot of hope, but not necessarily a ton of change. Check out what we mean below:
