UPDATE: On Tuesday night, the Obamas stepped out for dinner at the Sweet Life Cafe in Oak Bluffs on Tuesday night. Senior adviser Valerie Jarrett, Eric Whitaker, the president's half-sister Maya Soetoro-Ng, and her husband, Konrad Ng, were with them. Updated photos below.

The Obamas finally arrived in time for 7:30 p.m. reservations at the restaurant. Earlier, he had spent about 90 minutes at the home of his friend and adviser, Valerie Jarrett.
On their last trip to the Vineyard, the Obamas dined at the same restaurant, which apparently is a favorite of Chelsea Clinton, reports the Telegraph.
According to the website, appetizers are $12-$16. Entrees are $32-$42,

The Sweet Life Café, one of Martha's Vineyard's fine-dining restaurants, features contemporary French-American cuisine with an accent on local catches and produce. In the morning he reappointed the almost identically-attired Ben Bernanke chairman of the Federal Reserve.
