Meet Your Teacher:

Sienna Smith is a certified teacher of Viniyoga and Anusara Yoga and a clinically trained yoga therapist. She owns Yoga Mountain Sanctuary and Studio in Fairfax, California, where she teaches yoga classes and works privately with yoga therapy clients. Her mission is to guide people of all abilities toward optimal alignment and create more health and joy in their lives.
