Ohio State Marching Band Performs TV Tribute During Halftime Show (VIDEO)

WATCH: OSU Marching Band Performs Impressive TV Tribute

The Ohio State University marching band still has the magic.

Their debut performance for the 2014 football season was a tribute to various TV shows. The choreography includes tributes to "Batman," "The Simpsons," "The Addams Family," "The Office," and "Game of Thrones," among others.

It was during halftime of the game against Virginia Tech, the first game of the season, and the first marching band performance during halftime since the firing of band director Jonathan Waters over alleged "sexualized" hazing that took place under his watch.

Some observers worried without Waters there may be no impressive halftime shows this year, capturing national attention the way several of the band's 2013 performances did. This video seems to put that fear to bed.
