"Have you ever dipped into the lady pond in real life?"
It's a question that's asked on the regular when guests take the hot seat and play "Plead the Fifth" on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live." But on Thursday, host Andy Cohen handed the reins over to Jason Sudeikis, who managed to make his fiancée Olivia Wilde blush and squeal with his line of questioning.
Sudeikis was able to make Wilde plead the fifth almost immediately, as she refused to reveal the "wildest" place she's ever had sex. He then asked, "You've played a bisexual character -- more than once -- have you ever dipped into the lady pond in real life?"
"Oh my God! Oh my God! I mean what's going on," she shrieked, becoming visibly flustered. "I appreciate all people."
Cohen interpreted that to be a yes, as the actress started laughing.
That seemed to be the topic of the night as a caller later asked the 31-year-old what her favorite same-sex on-screen kiss was.
“You know, I thought ... I will say that when we were doing ‘The O.C.,' I really thought we were doing a responsible thing by showing two young, sweet girls in a real relationship. Not just having a sorority girl splash happy make out. It was a real, loving, sweet relationship and it was two young women," said Wilde, who has puckered up with the likes of Mischa Barton and Ashley Greene.
She added, "I joked about inspiring a young generation of lesbians, but I do think it represented an alternative lifestyle for young women that I don’t think had been fairly represented enough in young, soapy drama so I’ll say Mischa. Two thumbs up!”
