Toshio Suzuki, the proprietor of Sushi Zen, is in many ways the dean of sushi here in New York -- the man many chefs, both Japanese and otherwise, look to as their mentor in the art of serving raw fish. He loves a good laugh and is very approachable, but you really need to see him in action. So we took the OTV cameras to Sushi Zen for the first of two parts. Today is Sashimi; Wednesday is Sushi. Enjoy.
