LISTEN: 'Once Upon A Time' Creators Take You Behind The Scenes Of Tonight's Episode

Note: Do not read on unless you've seen "Once Upon a Time" Season 2, Episode 15, titled "The Queen Is Dead."

This week's "Once Upon a Time" introduced us to Snow White's (Ginnifer Goodwin) mother (Rena Sofer) -- the woman entirely responsible for making Snow the good and generous leader she is today. Surprisingly, we also learned that Snow wasn't always so good and generous, and some tough lessons in her formative years -- not to mention the loss of her mother -- were instrumental in helping her develop her strong moral compass.

The emotional episode also illustrated that the animosity between Snow and Regina (Lana Parrilla) might've been an inherited trait, since Cora (Barbara Hershey) hated Snow's mother just as much as Regina hates Snow. Elsewhere, we learned a little more about Neal (Michael Raymond-James), and saw Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) make another decisive attack on Rumplestiltskin's (Robert Carlyle) life.
