Quinn had finally reached her limit of patience with Clay's ongoing drug problem on "One Tree Hill" (Wed., 8 p.m. EST on The CW), so she decided to take matters into her own hands. With very little forethought to the potential consequences of confronting someone who's already participating in one criminal activity, Quinn decided to threaten Clay's dealer.
It went about as well as anyone -- except for Quinn somehow -- would have expected. He slammed her into a fence shouting, "You sure you wanna threaten me? I am not very good with threats."
Things might have gotten worse for Quinn, if Clay hadn't shown up and thrown the drug dealer off of her. The guy then pulled a gun on both of them and not-so-politely ended his business relationship with Clay. Later, in a fit of rage, Clay did the same to his relationship with Quinn.
It wasn't until Dan threw Clay in the ocean later -- he said he didn't remember any of these events -- that he finally vowed to get some help. After all, there's a series finale coming up and he's going to want to be clean for that.
