Only Adele Can Make Forgetting Her Own Lyrics Enjoyable

In our eyes, Adele can do no wrong, but even award-winning singers like her make mistakes. The 28-year-old hitmaker accidentally forgot the lyrics to her own song during a concert and immediately began swearing.

"S**t! Wrong words! S**t, s**t, s**t!" the "Hello" singer said before bursting into laughter. "I started singing the verse instead of the chorus! SORRYYYY!"

Adele has messed up the lines of her songs on tour twice already, each time shouting out that she's forgotten the words, while letting out a flurry of curse words while she and the audience laugh.

A video recently surfaced of Adele singing "Chasing Pavements" in 2011 following the same formula, minus the cursing (click ahead to 0:26):

If anything, the slight mishaps only seem to make the singer even more endearing.

Over the weekend, Adele won big at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. She was nominated for eight awards and took home top honors in two of them, before premiering the gorgeous new video for her third single, "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)."
