OpenTable has released a list of the 100 restaurants in the U.S. that its users say have the best service. The list is based on nearly five million user reviews submitted between February 2011 and January 2012. Forty of the restaurants serve American fare, followed by 25 French restaurants, 17 steakhouses and seven Italian restaurants.
The list certainly has a range of restaurants, from fine dining temples such as Per Se and Daniel to national chains such Morton's and The Melting Pot. At least according to this survey, price point and excellent service do not always have to go hand in hand.
