At age 58, Oprah's not about to let her weight get away from her again. After reportedly gaining weight over the past 18 months, she lost 25 pounds in the past six weeks -- thanks to a new lean, low-calorie diet and a return to treadmill workouts with trainer Bob Greene.
The mix of fruits, veggies, fish, chicken and lean meat prepared by her chef still leaves her feeling full, according to the video above.
No stranger to dieting, Oprah has spoken publicly about her weight on numerous occasions. It's hard to forget her "fat wagon" episode, where she displayed more than 60 pounds of fat on her daytime talk show. And just last year she discussed the role her ego played in her struggle with her weight.
