Forbes magazine has released its list of most influential celebrities of 2013. Topping the list, of course, is none other than Oprah Winfrey.

It is the second year in a row that Oprah has snagged the title. Forty-eight percent of people rated Winfrey as "influential," according to the magazine's survey this year. The survey ranks 7,500 celebrities by 46 different attributes. Oprah was down just one point from 2012.

Barbara Walters, who came in at number eight with a 37 percent influential rating (Forbes also noted that her "notable attribute" is "classy"), was the other media heavyweight who made the top ten most influential celebrities. Two of Oprah's proteges also made the top ten: Dr. Mehmet Oz clocked in at number seven with forty percent of respondents rating him influential, while Suze Orman came in at number nine.
