Here's what you need to know about voting in Oregon on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012.

Oregon is a vote-by-mail state, though you can still vote at your local clerk's office Tuesday if you haven't voted yet. The closing time to cast your ballot is 8 p.m. local time. Start time on Tuesday for voting in Oregon is 7 a.m.

Oregon awards seven electoral votes in the presidential race. The state has voted for the Democratic presidential candidate every year since 1988.
