Bill O'Reilly Says Ferguson Protesters 'Should Be Ashamed,' Considering Darren Wilson Unlikely To Face Federal Charges

Bill O'Reilly had a stern message for protesters in Ferguson, Missouri, who engaged in riots following the killing of unarmed teenager Michael Brown.

"We the people often form judgments based on nothing," O'Reilly argued Thursday night.

The Fox News host responded to reports that the U.S. Department of Justice will not recommend that civil rights charges be levied against police officer Darren Wilson. The revelation arrives nearly two months after a grand jury chose not to indict Wilson for killing Brown in August 2014.

"All of those people who committed crimes in the name of Michael Brown or judged officer Wilson without the facts should be ashamed this evening," O'Reilly said. "But of course, most of them are not."
