Ahhhh, spring. Flowers are on the trees, butterflies are in the air, ski slopes are shutting down, and this weekend, carfuls of hipsters are heading down to Coachella.

Which means only one thing: Festival season has arrived!

In just four short months, the mother of San Francisco musical extravaganzas will take over Golden Gate Park, and in less than one short week, the official Outside Lands lineup will be released.

But why wait a second longer? HuffPost SF was lucky enough to talk to an anonymous tipster connected with festival organizers, who told us a handful of the acts we can expect this year. Our friends at SF Station and SF Weekly have also been playing the guessing game, and their predictions appear to measure up.

From nineties rock heroes and an R&B superstar to Europe's hottest new DJ and a legend who needs no introduction, Outside Lands 2013 is shaping up to be the best year yet.
