Park Slope Restaurants Found To Violate Labor, Wage Laws

Park Slope Restaurants Busted For Violations

More than 20 restaurants in Brooklyn's tony Park Slope neighborhood have been found to be in violation of labor laws, State Labor Commissioner M. Patricia Smith announced today.

The restaurants reportedly owe over 200 workers more than $900,000 in unpaid wages. Some workers were paid as little as $2.75 an hour.

Restaurants accused of violations include Song, Olive Vine Cafe, Coco Roco, Miriam Restaurant, and Mr. Wonton, among others.
