'Parks And Recreation' Film Spots In D.C. Detailed

WASHINGTON -- It's confirmed: "Parks and Recreation" is coming to D.C. Like, today.

Doug Smith, the NBC sitcom's D.C. contact, told The Huffington Post on Wednesday that four of the show's stars -- Amy Poehler, Adam Scott, Chris Pratt and Aubrey Plaza -- are "about to land" in D.C., to film the sitcom's fifth season opener.

The show's D.C. filming schedule has been posted on the Office of Motion Picture and Television Development's website (though it appears to have been changed, since filming was scheduled to begin on Tuesday).

Locations are mostly in the city's Northwest quadrant, with one shoot in Southwest on Maryland Avenue between Independence Avenue and 3rd Street.
