It is no secret that former Republican Governor Jim Edgar is not a huge fan of Bill Brady. Edgar, who was the most well-liked (and least corrupt) Illinois governor in recent memory, has come out against Brady's budget solution, and lauded Pat Quinn for his courage for proposing a tax hike in an election year.
Quinn made sure to mention his good relationship with Edgar during a Friday morning press conference...many, many times. NBC Chicago did a little editing--try to count how many times he says Edgar's name.
