Paul Ryan Taxes: 2010 & 2011 Returns Released (FILES)

On Friday afternoon, Paul Ryan released his tax returns for 2010 and 2011.

The documents revealed that the Republican vice presidential contender and his wife, Janna Ryan, paid an effective tax rate of 15.9% in 2010 and 20% in 2011.
