For the first time in fifty-two years, this untouched Paul Williams home is on the market for $3.49 million. In 1923, the now famous Paul Williams was the first African-American architect to be recognized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He designed many homes in the Los Angeles area, including residences for Frank Sinatra and Lucille Ball, as well the Beverly Hills Hotel and the Los Angeles International Airport.
