Hoping to catch Pearl Jam at Wrigley Field this summer but don't have your tickets yet? Bad news, friend: the show sold out in record time on Saturday.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the band's July 19 show sold out more quickly than any other concert held at Wrigley Field in the stadium's history of hosting such events, which have attracted the legendary likes of Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen and Elton John.

Of course, tickets are still available through resellers -- at a significant markup from their initial $52-$77 range. Monday morning, tickets on StubHub ranged from $250 to $2,666 (and more!). The cheapest tickets on Craigslist, too, ran $250. Wrigleyville residents were able to got a head start on the ticket buying last week and snatched up a set of tickets over the course of a mere 45 minutes last Wednesday, DNAinfo reports.

Last month, the band and the Cubs confirmed barely-veiled rumors (see below) that Vedder, an Evanston native and noted Cubs fan, would be hitting the Friendly Confines this summer.

For those unable to get Pearl Jam tickets, July 19 also marks the first day of the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago, which will feature a trio of fellow '90s favorites R. Kelly, Bjork and Belle and Sebastian as its headliners.
