Here’s a toast to National Wine Day, and a few top picks that will have you celebrating all day long.

Let’s do something good ! Besides drinking delicious wine that is bursting with nutmeg, vanilla, and green apple, every 2 cases of ONEHOPE California Chardonnay funds one clinical trial for a woman with breast cancer. Stock Up! ONEHOPE California Chardonnay ($18.99)

These wines have me singing a happy song. From Notable Wines, Two tasty choices, a California chardonnay, if you want oaky and buttery, and an Australian blend if you’re more of a crisp and fruity type. With tasting notes right on the label, you can’t go wrong finding the right one. Both are perfect for the warm summer season ahead. Notable California Chardonnay $18.00, Notable Australian Chardonnay $18.00.

Another seasonal favorite for fruity and crisp fans, a Chablis from Joseph Drouhin. Beaming of aromas of lemon and grapefruit, it’s an easy and enjoyable wine to drink. Pair it with light meals, or on the patio with friends, take my advice, pick up several bottles! Joseph Drouhin Chablis, $18.99.

Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel Aged Chardonnay is more for those of you who like a full bodied deep wine. The smoky finish is the bourbon popping up, and its quite delicious. Serve it with a nice chunk of Manchego cheese and a crusty loaf of Tuscan bread. $13.99.

An Argentinian red that only tastes expensive. Brimming with blackberry and plum flavors, this wine is a balance of fruity and sweet, making it a perfect wine to have on hand to kick off the summer season. Staring with National Wine Day, of course. Septima Malbec $14.00.

Bursting with lemon citrus tones and hints of stone fruit, this Napa Valley wine is perfect brunching your way through National Wine Day. I recently served this at a bridal shower and was an instant hit! Artesa Carneros Chardonnay $18.00

An Italian white with a funny name. Phonetically, it’s “choo choo.”Light and aromatic, this wine is great for book clubs, craft clubs, girl friends kicking back club, and mommy needs some alone time club. Ciu Ciu $18.00

Smooth and juicy due to aged in mixed-wood barrels of American and French oak, this Rioja is full of flavor. Bring a bottle over to your friends to celebrate National Wine Day, they’ll invite you back. Beronia Reserva 2010 $18.99
