It takes a huge amount of energy to seem perfect. We try our best to hide our vulnerability, failures and self-doubt. All this ties our hands behind our back and we cannot be open to new situations which leaves our performance superficial and incomplete.

The solution is to just go for it. Bit by bit, we reveal more, more honestly, more daringly. "Be thyself" with all of its shades. Slowly, as we reveal more, we will notice how this gets easier, and the more we reveal, the stronger we become.

The funny thing is that we all hide the same things, same burdens.

"Am I enough?"
"Can I do this?"
"Will they like me if I am like this?"

Let's get rid of the burden that our heads create and start accepting ourselves more.
I am not perfect, you are not perfect. Actually, there is no such thing as perfect because it is always a matter of opinion. So the question is:

Do you have the courage to free your hands -- and dance, perhaps?
